Ai4Growth — Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope
Ai4Growth is operated and sold by HUANG JIANJUN, an individual operating in China. In these terms, “we” means that individual operator. Software and third-party intellectual-property rights remain with their respective rights holders; these terms do not transfer software ownership.

2. The service and your account
Ai4Growth provides workspaces, supported source collection and AI-assisted tools for market research and growth decisions. Features available to an account are shown in the product. It does not provide managed marketing, automatic social posting or advertising placement.
You must have the legal capacity required to enter this agreement in your location. If acting for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. Keep your account details accurate and protect your credentials. Only submit or request processing of material you are authorised to use.
3. Credits, purchases and delivery
One credit represents CNY 0.10 of software usage. Collection charges accumulate by successful operation within an acquisition and are rounded up once to whole credits. Failed calls are not charged; successful calls returning no records are chargeable. A partly completed task may contain chargeable successful calls. The current Intern model is free within available features. See Pricing for the operation table and examples.
Online credit purchases are not currently enabled. Existing accounts may use available credits. No recurring subscription or automatic top-up is authorised by these terms.
For a paid order offered through Waffo Pancake, the checkout identifies the merchant of record and supplies the applicable transaction terms. Those transaction terms govern the payment and do not replace your mandatory rights. Before payment, an order must show the amount, currency, applicable tax information, exact credits and delivery details. Overseas orders are paid in USD using a quote locked before payment; later rate changes do not change the same paid order.
Purchased credits are valid for 180 days from purchase, cannot be transferred and cannot be withdrawn as cash. These restrictions do not remove a required refund or remedy. Promotional or manually granted balances follow the terms under which they were granted. Any changes to future rates or offers will be disclosed before the affected purchase or operation; completed usage is not retrospectively repriced.
4. Refunds and cancellation
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds for prepaid credits, except where applicable law, transaction terms or a binding purchase promise requires a remedy. This does not remove rights concerning non-delivery, unauthorised or duplicate payments, incorrect charges or a material failure to supply what was described.
There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Contact support for account closure and unused-credit concerns. Closure, suspension or credit expiry does not eliminate mandatory remedies. Details and request routes appear in the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the service for unlawful collection, bypassing access controls, unauthorised access to private information, harassment, spam, fabricated engagement, fraud, infringement or harmful misuse. Publicly visible data can still contain personal information or protected material. Access to this software gives you no additional rights over a source platform or another person's content.
You retain your existing rights in submitted material. Our use is limited to providing the requested functions and the purposes in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload confidential, sensitive or restricted material unless you have authority and the processing arrangements meet your requirements.
6. AI and source limitations
AI findings may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular decision. Review original evidence before using or sharing results, especially where people or consequential decisions are affected. Generated content should be identified as AI-assisted where appropriate or required.
The current model integration uses an external Intern service, including image analysis where enabled. Its applicable service terms and data handling matter when choosing what to submit. Ai4Growth does not guarantee the completeness of source access, a particular result count, a business outcome or uninterrupted availability.
7. Privacy and requests
The Privacy Policy explains data categories, service providers, retention and request channels. Accepting these software terms does not supply blanket consent for unrelated data processing. Where applicable law or customer instructions require additional processing arrangements, those must be in place before that processing.
Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, verification codes or unrelated identity documents to support.
8. Restrictions, responsibility and changes
We may restrict access proportionately for material misuse, a security issue or a legal requirement. Restrictions do not automatically remove remedies for paid usage that was not delivered. Each party remains responsible for its applicable obligations; nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and complaints may be sent to jerryhuang@wantai.ai with the relevant account, task or transaction reference. Payment-provider and statutory dispute routes remain available. No compulsory arbitration, customer indemnity or fixed liability cap is introduced by these terms.
Material changes will be communicated as required, and the current version and effective date will be shown here. Later terms do not automatically remove rights from an earlier purchase. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and available legal forums remain preserved.
