Ai4Growth — Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope
This policy covers one-time purchases of Ai4Growth software usage credits from the individual operator identified in the Terms. Online purchases are not currently enabled. These rules describe paid orders when an order is offered; existing trial or manually granted balances are not payments to be refunded.
Refunds and preserved rights
Ai4Growth does not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds for unused or partly used purchased credits, except where applicable law, the transaction terms or a binding purchase promise requires a remedy.
This does not remove rights relating to non-delivery, duplicate or unauthorised payment, an incorrect charge, a material defect or failure to supply what was described. Digital purchase or first use is not a universal waiver of withdrawal or other consumer rights.
Purchased credits are valid for 180 days and cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash. These restrictions and expiry do not prevent a refund or other monetary remedy that is required. Credit cannot be substituted for money where a monetary refund is due.
Usage corrections
A deduction correction is different from refunding a payment. Failed collection calls are not charged. Successful calls, including successful empty results, may be chargeable even if a later operation fails. Report a suspected incorrect deduction with the relevant task reference so it can be investigated against the usage record.
How to request help
Email jerryhuang@wantai.ai with your account email, transaction/task reference and a short description. Do not send full card or bank-account numbers, passwords, verification codes or unrelated identity documents.
Where Waffo Pancake handles a purchase, you may also use the support or Customer Portal route supplied with the transaction. Its current one-time-product process accepts customer refund-ticket requests within 14 days of payment and permits merchant-initiated requests without that platform time limit. A request window is not automatic refund approval and does not replace mandatory rights. Statutory and payment-provider routes are not conditional on first obtaining Ai4Growth support approval.
Processing and cancellation
Approved monetary refunds use the applicable payment channel. Bank/provider processing affects arrival time; no fixed approval or arrival time is promised here. The affected credits and usage must be reconciled with the refund so the same paid amount is not both refunded and still available to spend. Partial refunds concern the affected purchase portion, with consumed usage and mandatory rights taken into account.
The offering has no recurring subscription or automatic top-up to cancel. You can stop using the service and contact us about closure. Account closure, restriction or discontinuation does not automatically forfeit remedies for paid but undelivered usage.
